Our order form lists all the handgun models for which each of our holster design is typically made. If you only see available holsters for a longer-barrel version of your firearm, choose that longer holster if possible. For example, in the Glock line of holsters, we don’t offer a G26/27 design, because the holster ends up being too short and will “roll out.” So for that size, buy the G19 length. If you have any questions, Please don't hesitate to contact us.

Of course, no two orders are the same; but the typical lead times are approximately 2-4 weeks for most orders. Large orders of multiple products can sometimes take longer. You will automatically be notified and given tracking information when your order ships.

We provide custom, quality, built-to-order kydex holsters and accessories with excellent fit and function. We want all of our customers to be happy, so if you’re not, please contact us. We will work with you to get your holster fitting properly, which usually only requires minor adjustments. As our holsters are made custom to order, returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If a return is agreed upon we will accept all unused/unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee for each returned holster. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us in advance to discuss refund requests before returning your products.

If you need to cancel before production begins, no problem. Just send us an email with your name, address, and transaction number (you can find that on the confirmation email you received when you placed the order). Once production has begun, cancellations are more difficult and can only be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a pending order. Please know that when your order is paid, a fee is charged to us. That fee will be deducted from the return we issue. 

We ship via USPS Priority mail. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address to a secure location that has an adult available to receive the package. If you would like us to add shipping insurance to your delivery, please mention it in the comments box when placing your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of insurance. We will not replace orders if the tracking information shows the item was delivered.

The first time I saw someone carrying AIWB, I thought the same thing! “How can that be comfortable?” What I found after wearing several is that once the ride height and cant of the holster are correct, carrying AIWB is far more comfortable than carrying inside the waistband, strong-side.  I probably get this question more than any other. “How can you sit down in that thing?” When carrying AIWB, the holster needs to fall between the natural crease in the leg and just inboard from center-line, staying away from… the important parts in the middle. The narrowness of all of our holsters greatly helps this. Once the holster is in the right spot, sitting down and driving are a piece of cake. Plus, you have the added benefit of being able to actually get to the gun quickly while seated. If you’ve ever taken an international flight, you might have sat next to an armed professional wearing a Keeper on multiple 18-hour flights per week.
